Euro 2012: Mutsu Kawamori in the house

I’m not going and Matt’s not going.  We asked Mutsuaki Kawamori, a sports photographer from Japan (but lives in Madrid, Spain) to pick up our slack.

He was there for the opening match, Poland v Greece and he had this to say to us:

“Here are the photos.  The press centre is larger compare to the last few Euros.  Stadiums in Japan will not be able to allocate this much space for the media.  The stadium had a roof, but the sun was setting during the match and it was quite hot.  I’m wondering if Poland can win and whether either of these teams can qualify for the knock-out round.”

He will be covering Spain v Italy tomorrow.

His work is here.
